Spotlight Story: Community Transition Services

The Community Transition Services (CTS) program supports students with disabilities, ages 18–21, as they develop skills for independence, employment, and community participation through hands-on learning, work experiences, and individualized instruction. Led by Ali Swenson and Lisa Griffiths, CTS empowers students to build confidence, self-advocacy, and real-world skills that prepare them for life beyond school.
