Students eligible for 4K must be 4 years old on or by September 1st in the school year they would be attending.

4-Year-Old Kindergarten (4K) -12th Grade Enrollment

Complete online enrollment.

*Come to 9333 W. Lincoln Avenue to use a computer if you need technology to enroll. Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm on school days.

Documents needed for a NEW ENROLLMENT: 

• Child’s original birth certificate is required 
• Picture ID (Driver’s License or Passport) 
• one (1) document from Column A 
• one (1) document from Column B 

• Immunization records 
• Previous school information (Name, Address, Telephone) 
• Guardianship/Custody Documentation 
• Student Transcript (Grades 9-12 only) 
• Special Education Documents

Once all documents have been submitted to the enrollment center, it takes approximately 48 hours for the enrollment to be processed. Once the enrollment has been processed, you will receive a phone call from your student’s school informing you of the next steps.

• Nathan Hale and Central: 9th and 12th Graders, August 14th, 8am-6pm; 10th and 11th Graders August 21st, 8am-6pm
• Dottke PBL: All Grades, August 21st, 8am-6pm

• Receive your class schedule, including locker assignments.
• Walk your schedule.

• Pay school fees/past due obligations.
• Locks for lockers are available to purchase.
• School meal information and application.

• Pick up your textbooks for the 2026-27 school year and practice opening your locker.
