Your login ID is your first and last name (lowercase, no comma). Example: janedoe

If your last name is hyphenated, do not use the hyphen. Example: janedoesmith

To Access Arena Scheduling:
On the left hand side: Click on Arena Scheduling > Under the student
you wish to schedule: Click “23-24”
Step 1: Under the ‘Subject’ Dropdown, Select the school your student
will be attending summer school at. This is very important to ensure students are being scheduled into the correct sections, buildings and rooms. Click ‘Apply Filter’
Step 2: Select the courses you wish to enroll your student into. To do
this, click the ‘Add’ button on the left hand side. You can choose the course and which period the class meets.
Based on the courses you select, certain choices will no longer fit in your students schedule.
Step 3: Once you have selected all of the courses you wish for your student to take, click ‘Submit Schedule.’ Then click ‘Submit Schedule’ again.
