School Nurse Services

District nurses in addition to decreasing absences, truancy and securing additional appropriate assistance for medically involved students are also a resource for educators and administration regarding student safety, nutrition, and staffing needed for medically fragile children. It is our goal that students are able to be present and attentive in school. This provides for improved learning opportunities.

Each school has an assigned District nurse. The Nursing office is located within Irving Elementary School building. Please do not hesitate to contact one of the district nurses at 604-4000 x1107  if you have a concern or question regarding the health of your student.
