College Course Options for High School Students
Early College Credit Program
The Early College Credit program statute Wisconsin public and private high school students to take one or more courses at an institution of higher education for high school and/or college credit. Under this section, “institution of higher education” means an institution within the University of Wisconsin System, a tribally controlled college, or a private, nonprofit institution of higher education located in the state. Start College Now Program
The Start College Now Program will allow public and private high school students the opportunity to take college courses at Wisconsin Technical Colleges. Click here for more information.
Application Procedures
Application Deadlines
All students must submit application materials by the following dates.

October 1 for spring semester request

March 1 for fall semester request
Application Materials
All students must submit the following items to their School Counselor.

Early College Credit Program Application or Start College Now Program Application

Copy of unofficial transcript
Notification
All students will be notified in writing of their approval or denial.

No later than November 15 for spring semester request

No later than May 15 for fall semester request
