Disability insurance is available to all eligible employee groups working 20 hours or more per week.
Short Term Disability (100% paid by Employee)

Benefit amount: $147 through $1,500, not to exceed 66 2/3% of covered earnings

Maximum benefit duration 9 weeks (6 weeks natural birth, 8 weeks cesarean delivery)

Pre-Existing Condition Limitation: 12 / 12 (current enrollment count towards 12-month period)
