Flexible Spending

Flexible Spending Accounts are available to all eligible employee groups working 30 hours or more per week. The premium is entirely employee paid.

A Flex Spending Account (FSA) is available through Employee Benefits Corporation (EBC). It is a pre-tax benefit account used to pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision care expenses that your health care plan does not cover.

You can also opt to enroll for Dependent Care, which allows for expenses incurred for the care of your child(ren) or other eligible dependents. To participate, you (and your spouse, if married) must either be working, looking for work, or be a full-time student.

The 2024 maximum annual contribution to an FSA for Health Care is $3,200 and $5,000 for Dependent Care.
