Our West Allis-West Milwaukee School District is now partnering with Froedtert & MCW Workforce Health to provide free healthcare services to all employees (who work more than 20 hours per week) and dependents on the Districts' health insurance. The clinic will offer care for everyday illnesses and health needs including the ability to dispense select medications.

In-person and virtual appointment options will be available for patients during clinic hours of operation to allow more flexibility. Scheduled virtual visits with the clinic provider are available through video and phone. Same-day appointments may also be available.

• Monday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

• Tuesday: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm 

• Wednesday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm  

• Thursday: 6:30 am – 5:00 pm 

• Friday: 8:00 am – noon

All full-time and part-time employees, as well as Retirees, Spouses and Dependent Children ages 2+ on the WAWM group medical insurance plan have access to the Wellness Center.

Preventive Visits: FREE!
Annual Physicals, flu shots, vaccinations, smoking cessation, laboratory testing, weight loss counseling, and health screenings/HRAs.

Non-Preventive Visits: FREE!
Episodic or sick visits (colds, flu, ear aches, sore throat, allergies, sprains, strains, etc.) or treatment for any diagnosed conditions.
