Incentfit

Annually, as a part of our health insurance agreement with United Healthcare, we are provided funding for specific wellness initiatives. Historically, these dollars have been used to fund our workplace clinic which was run by Everside. As you may be aware, during the 2022-2023 school year, we transitioned to Froedtert Health as they offer more comprehensive services at a lesser cost. 

Due to this transition, we currently have excess funds that can only be used for wellness-related activities, including gym memberships. We are excited to provide this reimbursement initiative, as it aligns with our ongoing efforts to support employee health and well-being. 
 
To facilitate the gym membership reimbursement process. We partnered with IncentFit. IncentFit is an organization that specializes in health and wellness benefits. 
 
  • Who is eligible to submit for reimbursement?
    • All benefits-eligible employees (who work at least 30 hours per week) are eligible to submit for reimbursement.
  • How much am I eligible to receive?
    • All benefit-eligible employees will receive at least $40 per month, based on actual invoice submission. The final amount is based on the number of eligible submissions.

    • Community Center Gym Memberships
    • CrossFit Gym Memberships
    • Single Sport Facility Memberships
    • Streaming Fitness Memberships
    • Health Club and Gym Memberships
    • Rock Climbing Gym Memberships
    • Swimming Pool Memberships
  • How do I receive reimbursement?
    • You will receive payment through a separate payroll. The amount you are eligible to receive will be directly deposited into your bank account.
  • When will I receive reimbursement?
    • All employees will receive full reimbursement in December of 2024. You will not receive eligible reimbursement if you resign or retire before December.
  • How do I enroll?
    • You received a welcome email from Incentfit within 2 weeks of your start date (click here for an example). Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email. Download the app or click the link in the email to create an account. IncentFit will walk you through enrolling in the program.
